Well Canada you did not disappoint. After2 dull as ditchwater races, this was exciting … thanks, in part to the inclement Montreal weather. I admit, I was feeling a bit ‘meh’ about the racing, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
No waffle today, it’s nearly bedtime … but I have now judged all your fabulous entries for this week’s Funniest Tweet Awards.
So, without further ado here are the Top 10 Funniest Tweet Awards for the Canadian Grand Prix 2024:

That was a crazy race. A total bomb for the Scuderia.. 😔
I felt sorry for Haas since they started passing everyone! What a crazy first 10 laps or so..👍🏻
I was hopeful the McLarens would be able to take podiums, unfortunately max had to take it again.. damn that red bull!
I think it’s time they get rid of Sargent. He’s just causing the team headaches and financial burden..

Yup, from hero to zero in one race … but Charles’ problem was unavoidable, Sainz’s was wet track … still, onwards and upwards to the next race.
Yes, Haas certainly played a blinder at the start, just a shame they couldn’t make it stick. McLaren’s were great, still don’t know how Russell managed to avoid a penalty after the Piastri incident … other drivers have been penalised for less *coughs Danny Ric and that ridiculous jump start penalty*
I have to say, I think Sargeant could be on his way out … although we can gve him the benefit of the doubt for this race as it was very slippery … but yes, definitely out this season … Sainz and Bottas are the favourites to replace him, I believe
